EveryMatrix Acquires Leapbit to Enhance Sports Betting Offering
EveryMatrix, a firm that supplies technology for online wagering, has acquired Leapbit, a business that develops sports betting software.
This agreement will significantly enhance EveryMatrix’s sports betting product, OddsMatrix. It will provide OddsMatrix with a more sophisticated and comprehensive offering for clients.
With this acquisition, EveryMatrix will transform OddsMatrix into a comprehensive online gambling solution. OddsMatrix will incorporate Leapbit’s software for retail customers, along with other products such as virtual horse racing and lottery games.
Leapbit, established in 2018, is a company that provides sports betting software to other businesses. They possess extensive experience and a highly skilled team. The founders of Leapbit previously worked at Superbet, a prominent gambling company in Romania.
Leapbit has developed its own software for retail customers and sports betting, as well as virtual horse racing and lottery games. They also create custom software for leading gambling companies in Eastern Europe.
This strategic alliance will broaden OddsMatrix’s network by incorporating a well-established retail offering, enabling the organization to attract a wider customer base across diverse segments seeking comprehensive and multifaceted products that can cater to retail and online operations in regulated markets.

Team integration and a new Zagreb office
Leapbit’s development team will become part of OddsMatrix’s existing structure and will continue to develop software from their current location in Zagreb, Croatia. To further solidify the integration of the two entities, Leapbit’s leadership team will oversee the transition.
