Okada A Victim of Character Assassination Attempt Global Amusement Claims

Global Amusement is staunchly supporting its originator, Kazuo Okada, in the wake of his apprehension in Hong Kong. In a declaration intended to “clarify the situation,” the firm vigorously refutes any misconduct by Okada and portrays him as a casualty of a character assassination attempt.

The declaration stresses that being detained in Hong Kong doesn’t hold the same significance as in other legal systems, emphasizing that Okada hasn’t even been officially accused of an offense. Global believes this is a calculated move to sully Okada’s standing and inflict harm on his kin.

Okada, characterized by Global as the “innovative creator” of the enterprise, has a lengthy background in the gambling sector, having co-established several prosperous undertakings, including Wynn Resorts. This recent event arises from a continuing and acrimonious conflict between Okada and Global’s present administration, a disagreement that originated in 2017 when Okada was removed from the board amidst claims of fiscal impropriety.

Global’s declaration directly blames Universal Entertainment Corporation (UEC) and its officers, charging them with disseminating “untrue and harmful accusations” against Okada. They censure UEC for swiftly capitalizing on the news of Okada’s detention to advance their own objectives, which Global contends is to discredit Okada and tarnish his heritage.

Okada encountered legal issues in the Philippines as well, met with allegations of deception and perjury.
